Whether you are 14 weeks pregnant or 41, this class is accessible and appropriate for you! Prenatal Yoga helps release the kinks in your body to restore balance, which encourages baby to get into an optimal fetal position so you can have a straightforward birth. Poses help you prepare not only physically for the unpredictability of labor, but also emotionally and mentally. Meet other expectant mamas, and connect with your sweet baby, heart to heart, as you prepare to transition into motherhood.
