TAI CHI
Instructor – Denise Molesch
Tai Chi has been described as meditation in motion and
has been shown to improve balance, flexibility and tone.
Your certified instructor will lead you through this gentle
flowing exercise. It can be practiced by anyone and requires
only comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. No mats, floor
work or other equipment needed. Come and flow with us!
This six-session class is offered on Wednesdays, May 16
through June 20 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
RESIDENT FEE: $35 per person
NON-RESIDENT FEE: $40 per person
