Session 4, Tuesday, July 9:  Basic Personal Care
The Basic Personal Care course focuses on taking care of yourself.  It will cover nutrition, exercise, basic hygiene, and sleep.  We will also be discussing time management strategies and emergency preparedness.  Additionally, there is discussion on mental health and identifying individual, personal values.  No specific values (religious, political, or otherwise) will be advocated, encouraged, or promoted.  The discussion will only focus on how to identify personal values.

Sessions are offered from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Per Session Fee:

RESIDENT FEE: $70/NON-RESIDENT FEE: $75
