Sushi is fun to eat and is not hard to make, with a little practice. In this class you’ll get a hands-on chance to roll your own using some typical and untypical ingredients. From the California Roll to Sweet and Sour Sushi (made with chicken!) you will get a chance to have some fun and see sushi in a whole new way. Note: There is no raw fish served in this class.
Food fee of $10.00 payable to instructor the night of class.
This one-session class is offered on Wednesday, October 24, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
