Morgan R. McIntosh is serving his second term as Concord Trustee. Morgan served as President of AMFM Incorporated, a Willoughby based manufacturing company for 20 years.
Attending Minnesota State University, Morgan earned his BS in law enforcement. While attending MSU, Morgan was active in Law Enforcement as a Police Explorer, Public Service Office, Reserve Officer and obtaining a highly sought after internship with the police department in St. Paul Minnesota. The following year his internship experience helped him earn employment with the St. Paul Police Department as a cadet, then graduating from the Academy as a Police Officer.
After short time in law enforcement, he began a business career as the Operations Manager of AMFM Incorporated, becoming the President five years later. Through his leadership, Morgan was able to grow the company over five times which involved the acquisition of two other businesses. In 2022 he retired from AMFM Incorporated following the strategic sale of the business to investors.
Dedicated to continuous learning, Morgan was an active member of Vistage International, a global CEO mentoring organization for 16 years; additionally, he and his management team graduated from Scalerator NEO, a business growth and leadership curriculum.
Outside of business, Morgan has been involved in a number of community organizations. He is a graduate of the Cleveland Leadership Institute and Cleveland Bridge Builders. As a Bridge Builder, Morgan helped the Lake County Free Clinic establish fundraising sources and an annual fundraising event. Morgan works for the Lake County Board of Elections as an Election Day Rover. He has served on the Learning About Business Board, and has volunteered as a day chair and guest speaker. Prior to his election at Concord Trustee, Morgan served for 10 year on the Concord Township Zoning Commission. In 2019, Morgan was appointed as the Township representative to the Concord-Painesville JEDD
Residing in Concord for 26 years, Morgan was joined by his wife Lynn when they were married. Lynn is an experienced Pharmacist with the Department of Veterans Affairs working at the Lewis Stokes VA Hospital in Cleveland. Morgan and Lynn enjoy a variety of recreational activities, which include running, cycling, skiing, golf and travel. In 2023 Morgan pursued his lifelong dream of becoming a pilot, earning his pilot certificate and purchasing his own airplane for which he and Lynn will enjoy together traveling and seeing wonderful sights.
