YOGA: Mixed Level

An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 1, 2019
This class is geared to those who have some yoga experience. The instructor will offer classic yoga practices with varying degrees of difficulty during each class to accommodate most students. Yoga helps improve physical fitness and decreases stress and anxiety. Bring your yoga mat and water.
