POUND® is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious
fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted
drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND®
transforms drumming into an incredibly effective workout.
You become the music in this exhilarating class that
combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with
yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all
fitness levels, the workout is easily modifiable and appealing
to men and women of all ages and abilities.
This five-session class is offered on Mondays, May 21
through June 18 -OR- June 25 through July 30 (no class
July 9) from 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
RESIDENT FEE: $35 per person
NON-RESIDENT FEE: $40 per person
